Cub Scout
Cub Scouts is a youth program designed for children aged 7 to 10 years old, focusing on character development, citizenship, and personal fitness. It is part of the larger Boy Scouts of America organization and emphasizes outdoor activities, community service, and learning new skills through fun and engaging experiences.
Participants, known as Cub Scouts, work in small groups called dens, where they earn badges and awards for completing various tasks and projects. The program encourages teamwork, leadership, and responsibility, helping children build confidence and friendships while enjoying a variety of activities like camping, hiking, and crafts.
