Cowslips
Cowslips are flowering plants belonging to the primrose family, known scientifically as Primula veris. They typically grow in meadows and grassy areas across Europe and parts of Asia. Cowslips have distinctive yellow flowers that bloom in clusters on tall stems, usually appearing in spring. The leaves are broad and can be found at the base of the plant.
These plants are often associated with traditional herbal medicine and have been used for their calming properties. Cowslips are also important for local wildlife, providing nectar for bees and other pollinators. Their vibrant flowers add beauty to natural landscapes.
