Count Raymond IV of Toulouse
Count Raymond IV of Toulouse (c. 1041–1105) was a prominent nobleman in medieval France. He played a significant role in the First Crusade, which began in 1096, and was one of the leaders who captured Jerusalem in 1099. His leadership and military skills were crucial in the success of the crusaders.
Raymond was known for his piety and commitment to the Christian faith.
