Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya (CDC) was a Catalan political party founded in 1974. It aimed to promote Catalan nationalism and self-government within Spain. In 2016, CDC rebranded itself as Democràcia i Llibertat and later merged with other parties to form Junts per Catalunya.
