Color Systems
Color systems are methods used to define and organize colors in a consistent way. They help artists, designers, and manufacturers communicate about colors accurately. Common color systems include the RGB model, which uses red, green, and blue light to create colors on screens, and the CMYK model, which combines cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks for printing.
Another important color system is the HSB model, which stands for hue, saturation, and brightness. This system allows users to describe colors in terms of their visual characteristics, making it easier to select and manipulate colors in design software. Each system serves different purposes based on the medium and application.
