Cibotium Barometz
Cibotium barometz, commonly known as the golden chicken fern, is a species of fern native to tropical regions, particularly in Southeast Asia. It is characterized by its large, feathery fronds that can grow up to several feet long, giving it a striking appearance in gardens and landscapes.
This fern thrives in humid, shaded environments and is often found in forests. Cibotium barometz is also notable for its unique trunk, which is covered in a layer of brown, hairy scales. It is sometimes used in traditional medicine and as an ornamental plant in horticulture.
