Chinese Kings
Chinese kings, often referred to as emperors, ruled over various dynasties throughout China's long history. The first emperor, Qin Shi Huang, unified China in 221 BC, establishing the Qin Dynasty. Emperors were seen as the Son of Heaven, believed to have a divine right to rule, and their authority was often justified through the concept of the Mandate of Heaven.
Throughout the centuries, different dynasties, such as the Han, Tang, and Ming, contributed to China's cultural and political development. Each emperor had a court, where officials helped govern the vast empire. The legacy of these kings is evident in China's rich history, culture, and traditions.
