Catherine of France
Catherine of France, born in 1401, was a member of the French royal family and the daughter of King Charles VI of France. She became the Queen of England by marrying Henry V in 1420, which was part of a political alliance during the Hundred Years' War.
After Henry's death in 1422, Catherine returned to France with their son, Henry VI, who was later crowned King of England. Catherine's life was marked by her efforts to maintain her son's claim to the English throne and navigate the complex political landscape of the time.
