Carpatho-Rusyns
Carpatho-Rusyns are an ethnic group primarily found in the Carpathian Mountains region of Eastern Europe. They are descendants of the Slavic peoples and have a distinct culture, language, and history. The majority live in parts of Ukraine, Slovakia, and Poland, with smaller communities in the United States and other countries.
The Carpatho-Rusyn language belongs to the East Slavic branch and has several dialects.
