Carlos III, also known as Charles III, is the current King of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth realms. He was born on November 14, 1948, and became king on September 8, 2022, following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II. Carlos III is the longest-serving heir apparent in British history, having held the title for over 70 years.
