CCTV Headquarters
The CCTV Headquarters is the main office of China Central Television, located in Beijing. Designed by the architectural firm OMA, led by Rem Koolhaas, the building features a unique, modern design that resembles a giant loop. It stands 234 meters tall and consists of 12 stories, making it one of the most recognizable structures in the city.
Completed in 2012, the CCTV Headquarters serves as a hub for news and broadcasting in China. Its innovative design includes a cantilevered structure, which allows for open spaces and panoramic views of the surrounding area. The building has become a symbol of contemporary architecture in China.
