CASA
CASA, or the Court Appointed Special Advocates program, is a nonprofit organization that provides trained volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children in the foster care system. These volunteers, known as CASA advocates, work closely with children, social workers, and the legal system to ensure that the children's needs are met and their voices are heard.
The primary goal of CASA is to help children find safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible. By providing consistent support and guidance, CASA advocates play a crucial role in improving the lives of vulnerable children and ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
