Buddhist values
Buddhist values emphasize compassion, mindfulness, and the pursuit of wisdom. Central to these values is the concept of karuna, or compassion, which encourages individuals to empathize with the suffering of others. Mindfulness, or sati, involves being present in the moment and aware of one’s thoughts and actions, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself and the world.
Another key aspect of Buddhist values is the principle of non-attachment, which teaches that clinging to material possessions or desires can lead to suffering.
