Bosnian Presidency
The Bosnian Presidency is the collective head of state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consisting of three members. Each member represents one of the country's three main ethnic groups: Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs. They serve a rotating one-year term, ensuring that each group has equal representation in the leadership.
The Presidency is responsible for foreign policy, appointing ambassadors, and representing Bosnia and Herzegovina in international matters. Decisions are made collectively, requiring consensus among the members to promote unity and cooperation among the diverse populations of the country.
