Blood Type B
Blood type B is one of the four main blood types in the ABO blood group system, which also includes types A, AB, and O. Individuals with blood type B have B antigens on the surface of their red blood cells and produce anti-A antibodies in their plasma. This means they can receive blood from donors with type B or type O blood.
People with blood type B are believed to have unique dietary and health characteristics. Some studies suggest that they may benefit from a diet rich in proteins, such as meat and dairy, while being cautious with grains and legumes.
