Ben Gillies
Ben Gillies is an Australian musician best known as the drummer for the rock band Silverchair. Born on November 24, 1979, in Newcastle, New South Wales, he co-founded the band in 1992 with his school friends Daniel Johns and Chris Joannou. Silverchair gained international fame in the 1990s with hits like "Tomorrow" and "Frogstomp."
Throughout his career, Gillies has been recognized for his drumming skills and contributions to the band's sound. After Silverchair disbanded in 2011, he explored various musical projects, including his work with the band The Disheveled Cuss and collaborations with other artists.
