Bedwetting
Bedwetting, also known as nocturnal enuresis, is a common condition in children where they unintentionally urinate during sleep. It typically occurs in children aged 5 and older, and while it can be distressing, it is often a normal part of development. Most children outgrow bedwetting as their bladder control improves over time.
Several factors can contribute to bedwetting, including genetics, deep sleep patterns, and an immature bladder. In some cases, emotional stress or changes in routine may also play a role. Parents are encouraged to be supportive and consult a healthcare professional if bedwetting persists beyond the age of 7.
