Battle Of San Jacinto
The Battle of San Jacinto took place on April 21, 1836, during the Texas Revolution. It was a decisive battle between the Texian army, led by Sam Houston, and the Mexican forces commanded by Antonio López de Santa Anna. The Texians aimed to secure independence from Mexico, and the battle lasted just 18 minutes, resulting in a significant victory for the Texians.
