Baobab
The Baobab is a unique tree native to Africa, Madagascar, and Australia, known for its distinctive thick trunk and large, spiky fruit. It can grow to be very large, with some trees reaching heights of up to 30 meters (98 feet) and ages of over a thousand years. The tree is often referred to as the "Tree of Life" due to its ability to store water and provide food and shelter for various animals.
Baobabs have a wide range of uses. Their fruit, known as monkey bread, is rich in vitamin C and is often used in beverages and food. The leaves can be eaten as vegetables, while the bark is used to make rope and cloth.
