Baddawi Camp
Baddawi Camp is a Palestinian refugee camp located in northern Lebanon, near the city of Tripoli. Established in 1955, it was created to accommodate Palestinians who fled their homes during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The camp is home to thousands of refugees and is characterized by its densely populated living conditions.
The camp faces various challenges, including limited access to basic services such as healthcare and education. Many residents rely on assistance from organizations like the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) to meet their daily needs.
