B-Theory
B-Theory, or the "block universe" theory, posits that past, present, and future events are equally real and exist simultaneously. Unlike A-Theory, which emphasizes the flow of time and the distinction between past and future, B-Theory suggests that time is more like a landscape where all moments are fixed and unchanging.
In B-Theory, the perception of time passing is an illusion. This perspective aligns with certain interpretations of Einstein's theory of relativity, which implies that time is not a linear progression but rather a dimension similar to space. Thus, all events are part of a four-dimensional spacetime continuum.
