Ashramas
The concept of "Ashramas" refers to the four stages of life in Hindu philosophy, which guide individuals on their spiritual and social journey. These stages are Brahmacharya (student life), Grihastha (householder life), Vanaprastha (hermit stage), and Sannyasa (renounced life). Each stage has its own responsibilities and goals, helping individuals develop spiritually and contribute to society.
In the Brahmacharya stage, individuals focus on education and self-discipline. The Grihastha stage involves family life and fulfilling societal duties. During Vanaprastha, individuals begin to withdraw from worldly responsibilities, while in Sannyasa, they seek spiritual liberation and renounce material attachments.
