Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative Inquiry is a collaborative approach to change management that focuses on identifying and amplifying the strengths and successes of an organization. Instead of concentrating on problems and deficiencies, it encourages stakeholders to explore what works well and envision a positive future. This method fosters a culture of positivity and engagement, leading to more effective solutions.
The process typically involves four stages known as the 4-D Cycle: Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. In the Discovery phase, participants share stories of success; in the Dream phase, they envision an ideal future. The Design phase involves planning how to achieve that vision, while the Destiny phase focuses on implementing and sustaining the changes.
