Anna of Saxony
Anna of Saxony was a German princess born in 1544, the daughter of Elector Augustus of Saxony. She became the Duchess of Prussia through her marriage to Albert Frederick, Duke of Prussia in 1560. Anna played a significant role in the political landscape of her time, as her marriage helped strengthen ties between Saxony and Prussia.
Throughout her life, Anna was known for her strong character and influence in court affairs. She had several children, including George Frederick, Duke of Prussia, who continued the lineage. Anna passed away in 1577, leaving a lasting legacy in the region.
