All Parties Hurriyat Conference
The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) is a coalition of pro-freedom political and religious groups in Jammu and Kashmir, India. Established in 1993, it aims to advocate for the right to self-determination for the people of Kashmir. The organization seeks to represent various perspectives on the region's political status and has been involved in peace talks and negotiations.
The APHC includes diverse factions, some of which support complete independence, while others favor integration with Pakistan. The coalition has faced challenges, including internal divisions and pressure from the Indian government. Despite this, it remains a significant voice in the ongoing discourse surrounding the Kashmir conflict.
