Ali Fuat Cebesoy
Ali Fuat Cebesoy was a prominent Turkish military officer and politician, born on March 12, 1884, in Istanbul. He played a significant role in the Turkish War of Independence and was known for his leadership in various military campaigns against occupying forces.
After the war, Cebesoy served in several important political positions, including as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He was also appointed as the governor of Istanbul and contributed to the establishment of the new Turkish Republic. Cebesoy passed away on January 24, 1968.
