Ajmal Kasab
Ajmal Kasab was a Pakistani terrorist involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, which resulted in significant loss of life and widespread panic. He was one of the ten attackers who carried out coordinated shootings and bombings across various locations in Mumbai, including the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus.
Captured alive by Indian authorities, Kasab was tried and convicted for his role in the attacks. His trial drew international attention and highlighted issues related to terrorism and security in India.
