Aisin Gioro Xuanye
Aisin Gioro Xuanye, also known as Puyi, was the last Emperor of China, ruling from 1908 until his abdication in 1912. Born on February 7, 1906, he belonged to the Qing Dynasty, which was the last imperial dynasty in China. His reign was marked by political turmoil and the decline of imperial power, leading to the establishment of the Republic of China.
After his abdication, Xuanye lived a tumultuous life, including a brief return to power during the Japanese occupation of Manchuria. He was captured by the Soviet Union after World War II and later returned to China, where he lived as a common citizen until his death on October 17, 1967.
