Ahmed III
Ahmed III was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1703 to 1730. He is known for his efforts to modernize the empire and for promoting arts and culture during his reign. His rule is often associated with the Tulip Era, a period marked by a fascination with tulips and other flowers, which symbolized luxury and refinement.
During Ahmed III's reign, the empire faced various challenges, including military conflicts and internal strife. Despite these issues, he initiated several reforms aimed at improving the administration and economy. His reign ended with a coup, leading to his deposition and the rise of Mahmud I.
