African Rhino
The African Rhino is a large, herbivorous mammal native to the grasslands and savannas of Africa. There are two main species: the White Rhino and the Black Rhino. These animals are known for their thick skin and one or two horns made of keratin, the same material found in human hair and nails.
African Rhinos play a crucial role in their ecosystem by helping to maintain the balance of vegetation. Unfortunately, they face significant threats from poaching and habitat loss, leading to a decline in their populations. Conservation efforts are ongoing to protect these magnificent creatures and their habitats.
