Adelaide of Rethel (c. 1060–1120) was a noblewoman from the {House of Rethel} in France. She was the daughter of {Godefroy de Rethel} and {Hildegarde}, and she played a significant role in the political landscape of her time through her marriages and connections.
She became the wife of {Baldwin II of Jerusalem}, a king of the {Kingdom of Jerusalem}, which was established during the {Crusades}. Adelaide's marriage helped strengthen ties between European nobility and the Crusader states, contributing to the ongoing efforts of the {Christian kingdoms} in the Holy Land.
