ACT scores
ACT scores are numerical results from the ACT test, a standardized exam used for college admissions in the United States. The test assesses students' skills in English, math, reading, and science, with scores ranging from 1 to 36. Each subject area receives its own score, and a composite score is calculated by averaging these four scores.
Colleges and universities often use ACT scores as part of their admissions process to evaluate a student's readiness for college-level work. Higher scores can improve a student's chances of being accepted into competitive programs and may also qualify them for scholarships.
