A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
A. P. J. Abdul Kalam was an Indian scientist and politician, born on October 15, 1931, in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. He played a key role in India's space and missile programs, contributing significantly to projects like SLV-3 and Agni. His work earned him the title "Missile Man of India."
In 2002, Kalam became the 11th President of India, serving until 2007. He was known for his vision of transforming India into a developed nation and inspired many young people through his speeches and books, including Wings of Fire. He passed away on July 27, 2015.
