파르미지아노 레지아노
파르미지아노 레지아노 is a hard, granular cheese from Italy, specifically produced in the regions of 파르마, 레지오 에밀리아, 모데나, and parts of 볼로냐 and 만토바. Made from cow's milk, it has a rich, nutty flavor and is aged for a minimum of 12 months, with some varieties aged for up to 36 months or more.
This cheese is often grated over pasta dishes, used in salads, or enjoyed on its own. 파르미지아노 레지아노 is recognized for its quality and is protected by a designation of origin, ensuring that only cheese produced in specific areas and following traditional methods can bear its name.
