자유한국당
자유한국당, or the Liberty Korea Party, was a major political party in South Korea, established in 2017. It emerged from the remnants of the 새누리당 (Saenuri Party) after the impeachment of former President 박근혜 (Park Geun-hye). The party aimed to represent conservative values and policies in South Korean politics.
In 2020, the party underwent a rebranding and changed its name to 국민의힘 (People Power Party) to refresh its image and appeal to a broader electorate. The party has been involved in various political debates and elections, focusing on economic growth, national security, and traditional family values.
