사과식초
사과식초, or apple cider vinegar, is a type of vinegar made from fermented apple juice. It is produced by crushing apples and squeezing out the juice, which is then fermented by adding yeast and bacteria. This process converts the sugars in the apple juice into alcohol, and then into acetic acid, giving the vinegar its distinct sour taste.
사과식초 is often used in cooking, salad dressings, and marinades. It is also popular for its potential health benefits, which may include aiding digestion and supporting weight loss. However, scientific evidence on these benefits is still limited.
