熊貓
熊貓, or giant panda, is a bear species native to China. They are easily recognized by their distinctive black and white fur. Giant pandas primarily inhabit bamboo forests in the mountainous regions of Sichuan, Shanxi, and Gansu. Their diet consists mainly of bamboo, which makes up about 99% of their food intake.
Giant pandas are classified as vulnerable due to habitat loss and low birth rates. Conservation efforts are in place to protect their natural habitats and increase their population. They are also a symbol of wildlife conservation and are often associated with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
