neutral grip pull-up
A neutral grip pull-up is an upper body exercise that targets the latissimus dorsi, biceps, and forearm muscles. In this variation, the palms face each other, which is achieved using a pull-up bar with parallel handles or a standard bar. This grip can be easier on the shoulders and wrists compared to other pull-up styles.
To perform a neutral grip pull-up, start by grasping the handles or bar with your palms facing each other. Hang with your arms fully extended, then pull your body upward until your chin is above the bar. Lower yourself back down with control to complete one repetition.
