electronic warfare
Electronic warfare refers to the use of electromagnetic energy to disrupt or manipulate enemy electronic systems. This can include jamming communications, radar, and other electronic signals to hinder an opponent's ability to operate effectively in a conflict.
There are three main components of electronic warfare: electronic attack, which involves offensive actions to degrade enemy capabilities; electronic protection, which focuses on safeguarding friendly systems; and electronic support, which gathers intelligence on enemy electronic activities. Together, these elements enhance military effectiveness and provide a strategic advantage in modern warfare.
