cigar-making process
The cigar-making process begins with the selection of high-quality tobacco leaves. These leaves are harvested, fermented, and aged to develop their flavor. Once ready, the leaves are sorted and classified based on size, color, and texture.
Next, skilled artisans roll the leaves into cigars. They use a combination of filler leaves for flavor, binder leaves to hold the filler together, and wrapper leaves for an appealing exterior. After rolling, the cigars are placed in a humidor to maintain moisture and enhance their taste before being packaged for sale.
