Cigar Production
Cigar production begins with the cultivation of tobacco plants, primarily in regions like Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua. Farmers carefully tend to the plants, ensuring they receive the right amount of sunlight and water. Once the leaves are mature, they are harvested and undergo a curing process to enhance their flavor.
After curing, the leaves are fermented to develop their aroma and taste. Skilled artisans then sort and blend the leaves, creating the cigar's unique profile. Finally, the leaves are rolled by hand or machine into cigars, which are then packaged and shipped to retailers for consumers to enjoy.
