Zuikaku
Zuikaku was a Japanese aircraft carrier that served during World War II. Launched in 1940, she was one of the last carriers built for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Zuikaku played a significant role in several key battles, including the Battle of Midway and the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
The carrier was known for her speed and advanced design, allowing her to carry a large number of aircraft. Zuikaku was eventually sunk by American forces in 1944 during the Battle of Leyte Gulf, marking the end of her operational service.
