Zbigniew Brzezinski
Zbigniew Brzezinski was a prominent Polish-American political scientist and diplomat, born on March 28, 1928, in Warsaw, Poland. He served as the National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981, playing a key role in shaping U.S. foreign policy during the Cold War. Brzezinski was known for his strategic thinking and emphasis on the importance of global geopolitics.
Throughout his career, Brzezinski wrote extensively on international relations and was a professor at several universities, including Johns Hopkins University. He was influential in promoting the idea of a strong U.S. presence in Eurasia and was a critic of Soviet expansionism. Brzezinski passed away on May 26, 2017.
