Zahra Rahnavard
Zahra Rahnavard is an Iranian political activist, artist, and academic known for her role in advocating for women's rights and democracy in Iran. Born in 1945, she has been a prominent figure in the Iranian reform movement and has served as a university professor, focusing on the fields of art and architecture.
Rahnavard is also recognized for her marriage to Mir-Hossein Mousavi, a key opposition leader during the 2009 Iranian presidential election protests.
