World Games
The World Games is an international multi-sport event that features sports not included in the Olympic Games. It is organized by the International World Games Association (IWGA) and takes place every four years. The event showcases a variety of sports, including karate, roller sports, and ultimate frisbee, allowing athletes from around the world to compete at a high level.
The first edition of the World Games was held in 1981 in Santa Clara, California. Since then, the event has grown in popularity and now includes over 30 different sports. The World Games aims to promote sports that are not widely recognized, encouraging participation and fostering international camaraderie among athletes.
