Wood Pulping
Wood pulping is the process of converting wood into pulp, which is the primary raw material for making paper. This involves breaking down the wood fibers, typically using chemical or mechanical methods. The most common methods include the kraft process, which uses chemicals to dissolve lignin, and the mechanical pulping process, which grinds wood into fibers.
After the wood is processed, the resulting pulp can be bleached and refined to achieve the desired quality for paper production. The pulp can then be dried and formed into sheets, ready for use in various paper products, such as newsprint, cardboard, and printing paper.
