Paper Production
Paper production begins with the harvesting of trees, primarily softwood and hardwood species. These trees are then processed into wood chips, which are cooked in a chemical solution to break down the fibers. This process creates a pulp, which is the main ingredient in paper. The pulp is then washed, bleached, and refined to achieve the desired quality before being formed into sheets.
Once the pulp is ready, it is spread onto large screens and pressed to remove excess water. The sheets are then dried and rolled into large reels. Finally, the paper is cut into various sizes and packaged for distribution, ready for use in everything from books to packaging materials.
