Wine Making
Wine making is the process of transforming grapes into wine. It begins with harvesting ripe grapes, which are then crushed to release their juice. This juice is combined with yeast, which ferments the sugars, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels or tanks to develop its flavors. Once the aging process is complete, the wine is filtered and bottled. The entire process can take several months to years, depending on the type of wine being produced, resulting in a wide variety of flavors and styles.
