Will Keith Kellogg was an American entrepreneur best known for founding the cereal company Kellogg's. Born on April 7, 1860, in Battle Creek, Michigan, he initially worked in his brother's Sanitarium where he developed a process for making toasted corn flakes. This innovation led to the creation of the first ready-to-eat breakfast cereal.
In 1906, Kellogg established the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company, which later became Kellogg Company. His commitment to health and nutrition helped popularize breakfast cereals in the United States. Kellogg was also a philanthropist, supporting various health and education initiatives throughout his life.
