Water for South Sudan
Water for South Sudan is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing clean and safe drinking water to communities in South Sudan. Founded in 2003 by former Lost Boy of Sudan Salva Dut, the organization focuses on drilling boreholes and constructing water wells to improve access to water in rural areas.
In addition to water access, Water for South Sudan also emphasizes hygiene and sanitation education. The organization works with local communities to promote better health practices, ensuring that families not only have water but also understand the importance of keeping it clean and safe for consumption.
